Oh Question for any of you guys...i have no clue if i imagined this or if someone told me but this model called Jasmine Sanders, was she an actual Bz member? she's stunning anyways.

And I assume you think discounting what the current mods do is a means of reeling them in? But either way, we have 9 moderators on the roster (some not here in general atm) vs. over 30 subforums and hundreds of posts everday, 200-300+ users per day, so even editing 40 posts a day (I seldom do less than 20 and that's with school, two jobs, practices ect. and Lady Fatale, Maude and gandy do a lot in babes as well as a lot of unnoticed work on the less popular men's forum) and answering every report (an average of 5 or less per day for hundreds of posts daily) still wouldn't be enough to bridge the gap. But whether we meet your standards or not, due to the member/post to mod ratio you can't really say whether we've done 5 things or 30 things on any given day on the grounds of the things that interest you directly not being dealt with as quickly as you'd like. I also disagree about most members not following the rules. I feel pretty confident that over 80% of regular posters respect the rules more often than not.

But anyway, good luck with those new mods, though I must say discounting the efforts of those doing work without pay isn't the best means of recruiting in my experience ...

There's certainly a lot of stat geekage thrown about, which a lot of the time is pretty tenuous. I've never heard anything quite like those examples though

BTW, it seems hard to me to concentrate on running and determining whether you've gone the limit time without the dribble as well as judging it from the outside too the second someone goes a certain amount of meters without the dribble, is this often flagged by the refs or are they encouraged to be more laxed in playoff time to avoid messing up the flow of the game .

Yeah, I started her thread and she thanked me and posted a picture of herself with a "Jasmine @ Bellazon" sign. As to the race...I guess but isn't it a little awkward having a member in polls ? Kindof like the polls she's already in losing to Esti by 80%

I don't know why you're getting so defensive because I think you're one of the few good mods here. I see you fixing posts and other situations. I'm talking about other mods (I'm not going to name names) that ignore when posts that shouldn't be in a particular thread. I'm a mod on another forum so I know what you have to put up with trust me. I'm just saying Bellazon needs to find some replacements because some of their mods aren't doing what they need to do they just have that title under their name. Pretty much all my reports get taken care of unless I notice it's a favorite member on here and they can get away with whatever.

Okay, well excuse me if I came off overly prickly , I thought you were saying fire all of us and start fresh . But I'll admit, we're going through a pretty tough time in the staff right now. Just to be totally honest, we're not the unit we were when PinkCouture was here and then on top of that quite frankly the forum has outgrown the staff in general and even worse than nudity and hotlinking, we're losing the battle of the trolls . There's more trolls than ever and they're sneakier than ever (some pming their spam and not posting) and if that were it, we'd still be in over our head most of the time. But...I assumed I'd have something encouraging to bring that all home with ...

You don't really see that free kick paid too often these days actually. I think generally there aren't as many running bounces as there used to be, as the game has become a lot faster and more intense. But yeah, sometimes the umpire will be harsh and call it early, or sometimes let them go further than they should. When you get a feel for the game though, you just sort of 'know' when the player has run too far without bouncing it. Most often it happens when they try to run through too much traffic, and they lose their timing/balance in trying to escape all the players and tackles coming their way

Most of us here appreciate what you do Joe. We know you have a life outside of Bellazon and realize you and other mods can't be on here 24/7.

Joe Hun, your one of the FEW that actually will answer a email, and i know in my case, ive gotten a warning on a thread, yet see someone else doing the exate SAME thing yet NOT getting in trouble, i think its more about balance, but agian like you stated, there's only a said few that are around any more, so few that all the issues cant be handled. But thank you for doing what you can do hun, its much appreciated

Actually she's probably part of an 8 way tie for my biggest up and comer crush in general . Doutzen is her favorite model, btw . She says when she met Doutzen and a couple other models (she wouldn't name) the others wrinkled their noses sizing her up and Doutzen encouraged her and told her to keep it up .

I know some places don't even get it on TV regularly, so I guess they couldn't have learned to play let alone learn and then practice enough to become good I guess, but with more people having cable/more channels and internet I assume its probably grown in exposure over time. I think it gets played sporadically around the world, but yeah I'm not sure I'll see it get much international presence in my lifetime. It's pretty hard to break into other countries that already have such well established sports with engrained history, big sponsorship deals and loyal supporters. In fact it's hard enough for the AFL to break into Queensland, which is a state dominated by Rugby. They've spent a shitload of money in the past few years to try and muscle their way in, including forming a new team based in the heart of the state there, and poaching two of the biggest Rubgy stars and getting them to play AFL instead

There's also an "International Rules" football code as well, which is this weird hybrid of AFL and Gaelic football.. maybe they'll try and expand that further

That's the problem that grows with every forum once it starts to expand and such.

And now especially since it's back to fall with everyone in work school etc.. harder on the mods

I know there's a few people (myself included) who are on here for atleast a good couple hours (I've been known to be on here for 20+ hours in a day, and yes I know I have no life ) If the battles being lost, more mods? I know not everyone can/should be a mod around here but there's still as you see a lot of people who want Bz to be a good place, why not make some of them a mod too? It couldn't hurt Well, okay it could but you know what i mean
