Seems to me that what you're saying is that it's not your own personal taste/opinion that has made you come to conclusion of disliking Angelina Jolie. But is simply based on the fact she has been over marketed and somewhat thrown into your face as it were This in return overshadows your true personal taste

I take your point though, I'm contrary enough to go out of my way to not like something if I feel I'm being forced into it!

This seems to be the case more and more these days. Candice being a prime example who I felt at one point was absolutely everywhere. The more people liking these models/actress or whatever the more people (ironically) in fact dislike them

Candice though is an interesting example. Time was, when I first started posting, that she was held in as high esteem as Behati and Rosie - but while Behati's thread was in good health (via irenistiQ and buhlack7), and I didn't like posting in Rosie's what with the unfriendly Sith (always two there are, a master and an apprentice), Candice's was in neglect. There was a lot of stuff out there, but it hadn't made it's way here yet, so I became the de facto steward. Hard to believe now, but I was the majority poster by some margin and tried (I hope?) to put my enthusiasm across. Flash forward about 18 months and then the VS machine kicked in big time and the "fans"( ) took over the thread. She became ubiquitous, and the thread became concurrently messy, with loads of reposts and difficult to make any impact in. My posts were lost in the frenzy and I became bored, the variety of shots had gone, and she'd also began to suffer from the 'bobble-head' syndrome: where she seemed to suddenly lose a lot of weight and her head looked a lot larger on her frame!

Suddenly she was at once the BIG rising star on the forum, - and the most disliked. It's weird how that happens, isn't it? But when you see a hundred new members on her thread telling you how great she is you get kind of pissed off - like when that band you love, who you saw with 50 other people at this provincial club night is on TV and some journo is lecturing you about their 'sound' and what it's all about. You're like: Fuck Off! And then you become a tiny bit resentful! People need their space to come to their own conclusions, then they'll either like it or not - just don't push it...

I've never had issues with putlocker/sockshare, plus there's no time limit on it like there is Megavideo.

I can barely stand 'rare' steak so I don't think I can handle Tartre, lol. I really dislike eggs (particularly the yolk)- it doesn't sit well in my stomach..

I'm fine with raw fish (as in sushi w/ wasabi, radish, & soy sauce ) but I can't eat many at once.

Agree with you all... people don´t like being pushed to "love" someone, and I too suffered a little bit when Petra or Josie love was all around... now that it ceased a little bit I actually like Josie very much, her loving and smily nature.

However I´m somehow refractory to all this Lima nonsense and Candice as well - and quite enjoy them, at least I really try I like Candice and Lima as well.... and try to ignore stupid posts most of the time.

However, I could not bear the Bar thread - and I liked her really much

Another thing about the models and their threads is I must admit a part of me hates my fandom of my second tier favs becoming obsolete . For example, I was a fan of Candice before she became the craze, but now even though I don't necessarily like her looks or modeling less the fact that there's droves that think she's one of the most beautiful ever and has the best body makes made my own fandom obsolete I guess . Then on the other hand, when the fans are crazy, I stay away from the thread for fear that I could be judged as crazy too by association .

Similarly, I don't like eyes of large animals that I see in the zoo. Or the eyes of a horse, for instance. Totally repulsive in my view ...:./

When I get up close to a horse or any other large animal..well, the eyes definitely intimidate me. It's just the size..of the eye- you know..the large, darting eye. So large that you can see all the details of the eye. I can't really fully explain the causes of my discomfort.
