I'm pretty pissed off - ImageShack has decided to try and make me hostage to them:

You have 5344 photos stored. Since you're over the 500 photo limit you'll need to upgrade to a Premium account or you'll only be able to keep 500 of your recent photos. Older photos will expire on the 1st of March.

That's all well and good, I don't expect something for nothing, BUT I've had this "free" account since I joined up here in 2007. It's a little like closing the door after the horse has long bolted. <_< Didn't send me an e-mail or anything either, this just turned up when I went on to their site today. So I have 2 weeks notice or most of the images I've put on Bellazon will disappear unless I pay them. Shitty behaviour I think...

I've been using Photobucket for a few months now though since ImageShack kept making things more difficult to use - so I suppose I should have seen this eventuality coming? It's not the cost that's bothering me, just the tactics. Any suggestions? it's a lot of posts to rectify.

If I were you (How is this even possible? One of the kind you are!) I won't use photobucket. They delete the pictures for no reason and about every 2 months u have " the bandwidth used exceed and blah blah" replacing your pictures.

yeah I just started using imageupper and it seems great so far. It's very easy and quick. They give you lots of shortcuts with uploading, posting ect.

yes imageupper is great but you can't create folders. And when u have a lot of pictures. to have folders is very useful.

Thank you both for the recommendations. I didn't get on well with Firefox so I didn't bother reinstalling when I got a new laptop - but I'll transfer all my pertinent posts I suppose. I just didn't care for ImageShack attempting to hold me to ransom.
